David Moat

David has been involved in training and consultancy work for several
years. He studied at the prestigious School of Analytic and Cognitive
Hypnotherapy.

In addition to his general psychotherapy practice, David has a social
work background, and over 20 years experience of working with people
with Autistic Spectrum Disorders. Such experience is often hard to
find within more generalised health and care services. He has had
responsibility for residential and day care services, Family and
Community Support, and the provision of training, assessments and
advice to various agencies.

Training, advice and consultancy services, including assessments, can
be offered to assist others in providing care, education and support
to people with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder.

Assessment and advice can also be offered to individuals, or their
families/carers. This includes integrative psychotherapy, hypnotherapy
and life coaching for relevant individuals. There are inherent
stresses surrounding the autistic spectrum, and David is able use
various therapeutic interventions to help individuals/families/carers

David works at The Therapy Room Cambridge on Fridays and generally charges £50 per one hour session, other days may be available by special arrangement.
